While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum bet per round or spin is capped — typically in the range of RM250 to RM500, as specified per promotion. Placing bets in excess of this cap while Bonus Funds are active may result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, irrespective of whether the wager in question was won or lost.
Not all games contribute equally to satisfying Wagering Requirements. As a general guide:
All bonuses carry an expiry window from the date and time of crediting. Common windows are 7, 14, or 30 days as stated in the promotion. Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and binding. Wagers may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by a specific game rule or bet type. Disconnections or technical issues on the User's side after wager confirmation do not entitle the User to cancellation.
In the event of a system malfunction, game error, or network failure that materially affects the integrity or outcome of a wager, cv666 reserves the right to declare the affected round, bet, or session void and refund the relevant wager stakes to the User's Account. Winnings generated during a malfunction period may be cancelled. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. cv666 will not be liable for any loss of winnings arising from a genuine technical malfunction.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, and bet type. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the applicable official odds at time of settlement, cv666's records will take precedence. Results will be settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body — for example, FIFA-recognised results for football (including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL) or recognised sanctioning bodies for UFC events.

Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

cv666's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If you believe that an error has occurred in the settlement of a wager or the processing of a transaction, you must notify cv666 via the live chat or email support channel within 14 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.
cv666 will acknowledge receipt of a formally lodged dispute within 48 hours and will aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.
